Primary Criteria

• Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester at the RSU Pryor campus
• Must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA

Preferences

First Preference:

• Working adults who are at least 23 years of age
• If no qualified applicants meet this criterion, students who are at least 21 years of age may be considered

Second Preference:

• Recent high school graduates who were actively involved in documented leadership activities and who earned a minimum 3.0 high school GPA

Additional Notes:
Dr. Johanson may provide recommendations for recipient selection.
