Primary Criteria

• Must be a full‑time Nursing student at RSU
• Must be a resident of Bartlesville or the immediate surrounding area
• If no applicants meet the above residency criteria, consideration may be given to any qualified and dedicated Nursing student who exemplifies the professional commitment and personal characteristics valued by the donor
• Must have a grade point average of 2.5 or higher prior to enrollment at RSU
