Primary Criteria for Eligibility:

• Must be a full‑time nursing student
• Must be a resident of Bartlesville or the immediate surrounding area
• Must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 or hold a GED certificate

Additional Selection Provision:

• If no applicant meets the above criteria, the President’s Distinguished Scholarship Committee may award the scholarship to a qualified and dedicated nursing student who exemplifies the professional commitment and personal characteristics valued by the donors.
