• Must be a resident of Rogers County
• Preferred: Claremore High School graduate

If not available, a graduate of any Rogers County high school or a student holding a GED certificate

• Must demonstrate financial need
• First preference: Business Information Technology major
• Second preference: Any other Business Technology major
