Primary Criteria for Eligibility:

• Must demonstrate prior academic achievement
• Must demonstrate financial need
• Must be a full‑time student (award may be prorated for part‑time enrollment)
• First preference: Full‑time students who are graduates of Oologah High School
• Second preference: Full‑time students who are graduates of other Rogers County high schools
