Primary Criteria:

• Oklahoma high school graduate with financial need
• Full-time
• Maintain a 3.0 GPA
• Member of a campus organization
• Participate in community service projects
• 1st preference: dependents of a former RSU, RU, RSC, CJC graduate
• 2nd preference: family member of a former RSU, RU, RSC, CJC graduate or a deserving student recommended by the RSU Alumni Association
