Primary Criteria for Eligibility:

First Preference:

• Must be a full‑time student (award may be prorated for part‑time enrollment)
• Must demonstrate prior academic achievement
• Must have documented financial need

Endowment Allocation:

• Two‑thirds (2/3) of the available endowment earnings shall be awarded to students in the RSU Honors Program
• One‑third (1/3) of the available endowment earnings shall be awarded to students with an average GPA between 2.5 and 3.0
