• Must demonstrate prior academic achievement
• Must show evidence of community leadership and community service
• Must be enrolled full‑time; part‑time students may receive pro‑rated consideration

Preferences

First Preference:

• Graduates of the Leadership Rogers County program

Second Preference:

• Students from Rogers County who are recommended by a past or present member of Leadership Rogers County
