Primary Criteria

• Must have a 3.0 high school GPA or a GED
• Must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA while receiving the scholarship
• Must provide documentation of community service efforts
• Must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours per semester at the RSU Pryor campus
