First Preference:
Half of the scholarship funds will be awarded to students in the RSU GOLD Program who maintain the GPA required by RSU and the other half will be awarded to students majoring in Military History.

• Must be a sophomore or junior returning to one of the above programs
• Must have participated in leadership activities
• If the above programs are adequately funded, the scholarship may instead be awarded to a deserving student who has made significant financial sacrifices to further their education despite personal hardship
